30-Day Return Policy
If you're not completely satisfied, return unopened items within 30 days for a full refund.
Supplements may be returned if unopened and in original sealed packaging.
Unopened kits: Full refund within 30 days if the kit seal is intact and packaging is undamaged.
Opened or activated kits: Once a testing kit has been opened or registered, it cannot be refunded. This is because the kit components are single-use and lab processing is initiated upon registration.
Samples in transit or processing: No refunds once samples have been mailed to the laboratory.
If you receive a damaged kit or have issues with sample collection, please contact us within 48 hours at support@somafleur.com and we'll work with you to resolve it.
