SomaFleur is NOT a medical provider and does NOT provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Our testing services and products are for informational and educational purposes only. Our services do not establish a doctor-patient relationship. Test results should be reviewed with your healthcare provider before making any medical decisions.

4. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Lab testing services and consultations are typically tax-exempt as medical services, while retail products (supplements, teas) may be subject to sales tax based on your location.

7. Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription product:

  • You will be charged automatically at the specified interval
  • You may cancel at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Subscription prices may change with 30 days' notice
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods

8. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times vary based on location and method selected. You will receive tracking information once your order ships. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

9. Returns and Refunds

Testing Kits

  • Unused, unopened testing kits may be returned within 30 days
  • Once a kit is activated or used, it cannot be returned
  • Refunds do not include shipping costs

Supplements and Products

  • Unopened products may be returned within 30 days
  • Products must be in original packaging
  • Custom-formulated products cannot be returned

Non-Refundable Items

  • Consultation services (once completed)
  • Digital products and reports
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

10. Testing Services

Sample Collection

You are responsible for:

  • Following all collection instructions carefully
  • Returning samples within the specified timeframe
  • Ensuring samples are properly packaged for return

Test Results

  • Results are typically available within 2-3 weeks of sample receipt by the laboratory
  • Results are provided for informational purposes only
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping, laboratory processing, or sample quality issues
  • Invalid samples may require re-collection (additional fees may apply)

Limitations

Test results may not detect all conditions and should not be used as the sole basis for medical decisions. False positives and false negatives can occur. Laboratory errors, though rare, are possible.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the SomaFleur website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SomaFleur or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

12. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Transmit harmful code or malware
  • Interfere with our services or systems

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to SomaFleur in the 12 months preceding the claim.

15. Dispute Resolution
